Chosen By Grace Family Services was founded by Dr. Gabrielle Joseph out of a deep calling to serve individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and faith. Through years of professional experience in foster care, family services, and community leadership, Dr. Joseph witnessed firsthand the gaps in support for both vulnerable children and adults navigating life transitions. Moved by prayer, lived experience, and a mandate to reflect God’s heart for restoration, she established Chosen By Grace as a faith-based organization committed to creating safe, nurturing environments and holistic support systems. What began as obedience to a divine assignment became a mission-driven organization dedicated to family preservation, reunification when possible, adoption when necessary, and residential care that empowers individuals to heal, thrive, and walk in purpose anchored in grace and led by love.
